Very professional and fast loading, in/out in a minutes
I had an order placed for 2 shelters that will be going in at 2 different parks, to be installed by 2 different contractors. The shipment came combined. Now Icon expects the 1st contractor to pick through the boxed crates and take what he needs, leaving the rest for the 2nd contractor to be responsible for. Not cool! The quality manager made no attempt to rectify this problem.
