I have had many different stylist over the years and they are all wonderful. What an awesome, relaxing place to get hair done. Massage chairs are the bomb! Today I had Kendall put some color in my hair to bring it back to life...I was beyond pleased with the results!!! Thank you
I normally don't post reviews but I had a terrible experience with a different salon and my hair was uneven and color was bad. Went here and Amanda did an amazing job. Super friendly and my hair looks so great. The massage chairs was a super experience too
My daughter and I have been going to this salon and haven’t had a bad experience until today. My daughter came home in tears. Her stylist made an oops. There is nothing to be done but wait a long time until her hair grows out. I will not name the stylist but we will not go to her ever again. Also there is no manager on duty until Tuesday. They made her pay for that oops. My daughter is devastated.
My first time at Icon, I had the best experience! I had Kendall- definitely recommend her! She is very knowledgeable, talented, and she created my vision for a natural balayage perfectly. I’ll definitely be going back here next time!
Terrible experience at Icon Salon, went here for my wedding, had 8 bridesmaids-prior to booking, I said we need to be out by 11am and the salon assured me they had enough stylist and it won’t be an issue. Well we were rushed, behind schedule and charged for services that weren’t completed, we didn’t leave the salon until after 11:40am, almost missed my wedding ceremony. I typically only get my hair colored once a year, but when I do, I always make sure to come to Ali Bauer. She sends me out the door with the most perfect hair! She’s so personable and fun to talk with! Thanks Ali!
I had such a TERRIBLE experience at icon. We went there from when I was 14 on and I went to get my hair cut before everything closed down by Tara. I had definitely not been there since they changed owners but I figured give it a shot years of good experiences preluded this. I think my first fear came when Tara was telling me she had just come from a salon, I said I cut my boyfriends hair, and she mentioned that she ALWAYS messes her boyfriends hair up, while cuttting my hair. I had my first appointment there today. The atmosphere was friendly. It was clean and Kendall did an amazing job on my hair. She had so much fun doing it and I loved her energy. She also cut my son's hair right after. He can't stop talking about it. Highly recommend this place and Kendall! I will definitely be back!
