Over the past 3 weeks my daughter has had two interviews and over 14 hours of shadowing at Icon salon and was really excited to work there. Yesterday after 6 hours of shadowing she was offered a job! She was excited and happy for this new opportunity. Today she got a call from them rescinding the offer. WTF!!!!!! I have never heard of such a rude and incompetent place of employment.
