I currently live at Icon. I would not recommend moving in. The management team has been unresponsive to maintenance issues that needed addressing. I was without a refrigerator for more than two weeks and was told that is normal operations for a rental unit, when things break. I asked for some form of rent remission for the inconvenience and was denied. I don’t believe a unit is habitable without a refrigerator; everything continued to melt!
