Left a mess on balcony, rust on storage floor, replaced electrical outlet plate with a black one, damaged end table
The people that Icon sent were very nice to work with, and they did an excellent job. The work was necessary due to an insurance claim. I would definitely have them back to do work in the future.
I had to get a new roof recently, ICON helped me through the process! They we professional and prompt with the replacement. The entire process was pretty easy. Would use them again!
ICON was recommended as a platinum service by our insurance company after we suffered from a flood in our kitchen and basement. They communicated amazingly with us through the process and handled all of the insurance “stuff”. Our project manager was Mike Fuqua. I can’t speak more highly of him.
