The team was quick to get started on the drying process of our flooded basement. They were able to keep us informed of all the damaged areas and removed everything that needed repair in a timely manor. Great communication through out the whole process.
Overall ICON Team (Management, Staff, Contractors, Skilled Laborers) performed well, patient with my questions, comments, time and material delays to complete renovation of my flooded basement (8/1/24-2/7/25).
