They basically hold your property hostage while they try to sell it so they make money. Have no intentions of buying it for themselves.

Dont trust these con men. They left a blind man homeless and placed leins against his home to keep him from selling it after THEY backed out of the contract....they do this we will pay you 52,500 then at the end of the 30 day contract offer you 2300 for your property....then they place a lein to keep you from selling it, trying to make you desperate to sell. It took me threating the vp with a sledge hammer to get them to release the illegal lean against his property.

They came out, looked the property over and made a "cash" offer. We agreed and signed a contract. Their title company opened title and supplied the county information that the property was under contract. This was January 24, 2019. When our agreed closing date came in early March, I contacted them to find out about the date and location for signing the papers.
