DISTRICT ON 9th ST PETERSBURG Over a year and half later I’m updating to say NOTHING has improved with this company. Ryan at Icon has now stopped replying to my continued communications- he has at least sent prior a dozen emails assuring in writing that the townhouse will have all final issues with all check lists addressed but nothing ever, it’s a continuous game... it’s as if I beg to get the assistance I should not have too. Warning: do NOT do business with this fraudulent company. Icon will say *and write* anything to get you to sign the contract, and won't deliver on their promises. They stated that they would no longer be providing many of the initially promised features in-writing that I relied upon to sign the contract. Icon was then fired as the developer of our community, WSV. Looking back, my experience is very similar to other postings here. I was promised bi-weekly status calls that never materialized.
