What a huge disappointment working with Jon Cruz and his lackey Julien Hill. They are the definition of incompetence. No one EVER answers the phone or calls back. They give false information and cannot execute on their promises. If you are in need of financing, stay away from these guys!

I called ICON with a last minute situation. Previous lender promised to closed and backed out day before closing. ICON worked 18 hours to close my transaction and I did not lose my deposit. I will be working with ICON in the future.
