Run for the hills. I returned The house back better than I received it. They had the nerve to charge me 1300$ on top of keeping my deposit. The House was almost Completely repainted out of my own pocket even though after living there almost 7 years it would have been covered under normal wear. Never late on rent. in the span of 2 years they jacked our rent up 500$
I'm nor sure this is a legitimate brokers place because there was a listing on Zillow with their initials "IRB" ... But not their actual name, or names of the realtors. The number I called on the listing wouldnt pick up, so I had to look up their website and call 3 other numbers. Their website looks suspicious as well, only made two years ago but doesn't specify much about the employees or its listings. Also the rental application asks for straight up bank information and "3 references" instead of cashiers check or money ord... read more
