I had a great experience with Icon Pest Control. Their technician, Aryan, was very professional, caring, and arrived right on time. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done thoroughly. I highly recommend Icon Pest Control for their excellent service!
We had an issue with squirrels. Icon pest control provided a appointment for the next day. Aryan arrived on time, did the inspection and explained what can be done. We wanted the issue to be fixed so requested him to complete the work, he accepted and installed the fix. He also mentioned about the lifetime warranty if we face the same issue in the same area. I strongly Icon and Aryan.
Amir did a great job at my house. He was kind and considerate and he went above and beyond. Good job Amir.
The rep from Icon Pest Control was very professional. I explained that I might have mice in the basement although I had not seen a mouse but had seen droppings in 2 places. He went through the house from "top to bottom" and showed me photos of what he found. He placed two exterior traps so they'd not be as eager to enter again and noted that he did not detect any entry points nor signs of larger animals being around the outside of the home.
