We had some sounds in our attic and a gentleman came out quickly. Turns out, we needed new insulation and removal of some pesky things in the attic. Two gentlemen came out to do the job that took all day and night. All 3 gentlemen, Nima, Karan, and Hamed were extremely professional, kind and thorough! We had a wasps nest in our attic and one gentleman got bit twice sadly. He still had a smile on his face! We noticed wasps inside our house, and lot of them more than 50. We called other pest companies who said they could only trea the outside. We called icon and they sent Abdul within an hour (they understood the urgency) ! Abdul got suited up and assessed where the wasps were coming in and assured us once he sprayed he would also help to get most of the wasps inside. Steve was the technician that came out to help us with our pest control issue. He was extremely courteous, he took time to explain various details of the process and what was required to rid our house of said pest. Steve also wore a big smile and was awesome to speak too. I called for help and was offered an appointment the next day. The technician, Abdul was on time, knowledgeable, thorough in his examination of situation. He was friendly and helpful. I signed up for a year of extermination coverage and Abdul went to work immediately. I was pleased with his service and am pleased with Icon Pest Control so far.
