Icon Pest provides incredibly professional service. I called them for raccoon removal in my attic, and Steve did an excellent job locating the animal. He safely installed a one-way door, and once the raccoon left, he repaired the roof using heavy-duty, durable materials. Steve has done an amazing job. When I first hired icon, It was my first time ever working with a pest control company. We had a wasp and hornet issue. I was very pleased with the Customer Service. We were repetitively called each month to rebook our follow up service. I’m sure there’s people out there that can do it for a few hundred dollars cheaper but reliability and consistency is key with wildlife. I was pleased with his service and will only contact him at icon to complete the work.
