Had a leak in my pool,pump. The Tech came the next morning. Fixed it in minutes. Nice. Friendly super knowledgeable about pools. There are 100 different pool companies jn naples. This place is the best

Had trouble with the weekly service causing an allege build up. They sent their supervisor Mike to inspect the situation. He personally serviced the pool over two days and corrected the problem. Thumbs up to Mike. We will continue with Icon for now anticipating weekly improvements. Dick

Icon pools has done a wonderful job since replacing my prior pool company. They are quick to respond to issues and the owner has even responded to my issues on weekends and holidays when pool is causing a problem. Alan cares about his customers. That’s means something to me and I encourage you to give them a try.
