Tom arrived on a Sunday to replace our furnace blower motor and did everything he could to get us a good price. He was transparent about costs and stuck by his original quote, even when he noticed that we would need a more powerful motor than initially thought. Had a great experience with Icon. I messaged them through their online form and received an email back right away and some very prompt communication back and forth. Chris helped install my vanity sinks, water filter and humidifier. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to friends and will use them in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were knowledgable, punctual, and efficient! Dale was so friendly and did such a good job with my hot water heater. I highly recommend him and this company. 10/10 !!!
Fantastic experience with Tom! He was friendly and professional, provided a range of solutions, took the time to explain the problem and provide preventative tips, spotted a code violation and fixed it at no extra charge and threw in a quick look at different plumbing issue. Exceptional value 👌
