Needed a kitchen sink re-plumbed in one of our rental properties, as well as a toilet snaked. Plumber was great to deal with, very professional. I left a previous review regarding their pricing, however Kyle was quick to come back to the table and negotiate a fair price for the work and materials. I've been dealing with them more today and their service has been exceptional.
I had a minor leak underneath my toilet tank on a Sunday night, and I was able to get Matt from Icon to come within a couple of hours and assess the situation and implement a solution. He was very effective and efficient when it came to the work, but he was also very friendly and even had a few jokes, which lightened the mood. Owner Kyle went above and beyond to satisfy his customers, and took time to reach out to myself about a concern I had and handled it very professionally
Reached out to get them to inspect a furnace and AC system that were not working properly. They were communicative, prompt, and diagnosed the issue. Will be having them install a new AC system in the near-term. Since that call, they've come out half a dozen times or more for me for different issues at different properties, and I'm 100% satisfied from each one. Fully happy about working with them.
I had icon come in and install a bathtub in a spot where there wasn’t any plumbing they were SO nice and so efficient and even declog my other sink without me even asking. I love that you can call their office and get in right away. You’re not waiting weeks and weeks without hearing from anybody Like other plumbers that I’ve spoken to. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be using for any future projects!
