We had action furnace come do a tune up and a duct cleaning for us today...I'm not entirely sure what happened but after they left both our furnace and our dryer were not functioning. We had been out for the afternoon and did not discover this until 10pm. I called Icon in a fit of panic and was helped by the most lovely person named Chris. I had my on demand hot water system break over the weekend. I contacted Icon and they were able to get someone out I diagnose the problem same day. They had to install a new part but it was fine quickly. Great overall experience with Icon.

Needed a kitchen sink re-plumbed in one of our rental properties, as well as a toilet snaked. Plumber was great to deal with, very professional. I left a previous review regarding their pricing, however Kyle was quick to come back to the table and negotiate a fair price for the work and materials. I've been dealing with them more today and their service has been exceptional.

I had a minor leak underneath my toilet tank on a Sunday night, and I was able to get Matt from Icon to come within a couple of hours and assess the situation and implement a solution. He was very effective and efficient when it came to the work, but he was also very friendly and even had a few jokes, which lightened the mood. He even educated me on some basic plumbing 101, which I appreciated.
