What kind of shitty service are they providing. The employee tells the builder that all fixes are done and items are resolved. But none of the fixes have been done !!! They straight up lie ?!

I had a service plumber named Luca B come out today. He was amazing and so helpful and came on time. I have a new build and he was fixing some issues from my 30 day inspection. He managed to do almost everything and even though he was not able to fix everything (some issues weren’t his issue when we thought it was plumbing) he still tried and said he will message the builder to contact the correct people to fix the problem.
