Joe was amazing! Had a rental and didn't have time to talk to landlord and needed work done ASAP, came in and was quick, professional, and got it done in time for my family visiting from out of state!
Best guys around!
Cody came out and fixed my plumbing issue in no time. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. He quickly identified the problem, explained what was going on, and got everything taken care of efficiently. It’s hard to find this level of responsiveness and professionalism, especially when dealing with an unexpected plumbing emergency. I highly recommend Cody and Icon Plumbing and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.
Great experience with this company. Bathtub drain was clogged and Condy was kind enough to come late in the evening and use a chemical to see if the blockage would clear. The blockage was clearing slowly through the night and He checked back the next day and decided to come back that evening and use a drill snake to clear the clog. Overall very happy with icon!
They back what they say. My water heater had problems replaced with no issues
