Condy from Icon Plumbing responded immediately to our call on a Saturday afternoon. He provided a quick assessment of the issue and had it fixed very quickly. We had a bad pipe leak in our bathroom that quickly covered the ground with 2 inches of water. Yesterday, 01-24-2025 at about 5:00 pm, the alarm on the pan to our “2009” hot water heater went off due to the tank leaking steadily and having had Condy’s phone number from a previous bathroom remodel, gave him a call. He offered to come right out and check it out, but I asked if I just texted him a picture of what we had if that would save the trip.
