Called Icon at 8:45pm and Steve arrived by 9am the next morning. We had 2 baby pigeons nesting in our gutters causing an immense mess with their droppings. Steve shared the game plan, was patient and and friendly. The work was clean and he shared a few stories with our kids which lightened the experience. 10/10 would recommend.
