I used Icon for squirrel extraction. The team was very prompt and responsive from start to finish. Despite the challenging structure of the house, the significant height involved, and the very cold weather conditions, they showed up as scheduled and got the job done without hesitation. The owner and his team are very hands-on, responsive, and truly care about customer satisfaction.

Steve was great! Came in 1-2hours after I called and quickly removed the pest problem. Very sweet and kind and helped answer all our problems! :)

Managed one squirel hole, but failed to look at any other portion of the roof. If they had, they would have had to tell us that what they were offering wasn't going to be useful at all. Because the issues with the roof were more extensive . They essentially did an expensive bandaid solution which the squirrels immediately worked around. Really unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a paid inspection.

I’m writing this on behalf of my deaf brother and sister-in-law. The patience Steve showed them in speaking through a phone to text app in order for them understand what he found and needed to do was admirable. This plus the constant videos and attempts at using some sign language of his own made the entire process for them pleasant. Icon and Steve are one of a kind.
