Pretty sure this place is a giant scam. Spent $453 on application fees and admin fees and wouldn’t verify my income after linking my business account with over $6,000 in it and my personal account with several thousands in it. The very next day someone tried to use my business account online at a jewelry store two times and I was notified by the bank. Never once have I had an issue with my account before that. I agree management sucks!!!
I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience in this building has been concerning. There are ongoing safety issues. The gate is frequently broken, and doors are often left unlocked, which allows open access to the property. I have also observed people using the pool who do not appear to be residents. When I raised concerns with management, the responses were not helpful. I was told the doors are “open from 9 to 9,” which was confusing given that residents are issued keys and fobs for secure access. There was also a shoo... read more

i actually hate living here. we had multiple issues upon moving in for the first two months where the previous property manager was awful and avoidant of the situation. The fire alarms are constantly malfunctioning and going off. This is supposed to be a luxury apartment complex and they can't even fix the fire alarms. Half the time our trash is not picked up at the front door when we pay for valet trash. Literally just last night the fire alarm was going off at 3:30 in the morning for almost 2 hours straight.
