I genuinely wish Google allowed 0 stars, because that's exactly what I'd give this place. Let's start with the elevators. Every ride is an adventure. Sometimes they smell like someone dropped an entire lunch and collectively agreed to pretend it never happened. Other times it's cigarette smoke. Either way, it's less "luxury apartment" and more "mystery escape room." Now for the main event: the refrigerator. They told me I'd be getting a "brand-new" refrigerator. I wanted to like living here, but the severe package theft issue makes it impossible to recommend this complex to anyone. There is a huge problem with neighbors stealing deliveries right out of the mail areas/hallways. It is incredibly stressful to have to constantly track packages, rush home to grab them, or deal with companies for refunds because things are stolen within minutes of being dropped off. I have lived in this complex for 4 plus years. I’ve outlived most of the horrible management they’ve had. Location is great and overall buildings are nice. But they do not care about the residents. They have AI phone assistants that put you on an endless loop when you need to reach a human. Emergency requests that get ignored. It’s been 3+ months since I submitted a maintenance request and it has not been fixed. They just keep closing the ticket. Emergency requests are ignored until business hours.
