I stayed here for 9 months as a student. The office and maintenance staff are nice, and Eli was very helpful all the time. However, there is a serious issue with management at this apartment. For starters, the extra fees you are charged on top of rent are ridiculous. Besides utilities, you are looking at paying an additional $100+ on top of rent, over $70 of which is for trash ($35 for valet and another $35+ for the dumpster). This is rewritten review as my previous review was taken down, I believe for posting the photos of the explicit and hazardous stuff left outside the elevator. I used to be a resident of ICON. On the 5th of November 2024 an incredibly severe security breach occurred. Another resident was granted unauthorized entry into my private apartment by the leasing office staff, who failed to verify their identity or authenticity. i've never experienced a business that has management that completely avoids replying. I have reached out to the office here several times with questions And management is completely avoidant of contacting back to answer anything. The one time I was able to speak to management she was absolutely rude and speaks with a very condescending And entitled tone.
