Very good customer service. I was left out in the middle of the night without accommodation. Icon on Mt Isa was very helpful to arrange me the booking over the phone, provide all the check in facilities. Great customer service and easy check in. Good clean rooms, secure parking and a great location.

Very good customer service. After I got scammed by Discovery Parks Argylla (they took the money but didn’t facilitate my check in) I was left out in the middle of the night without accommodation. Icon on Mt Isa was very helpful to arrange me the booking over the phone, provide all the check in facilities. Great customer service and easy check in. Good clean rooms, secure parking and a great location.

Amazing view of Isengard from window. Has all the rooms needed. Very comfortable! Service was not needed, but no one is at the counter.

I stayed here in Room 1 for a night in late June and was very impressed at the value for $. I was in Room 1 which was spotless and everything worked. Checkin was easy and the only minor gripe is that there is not much off street parking - only two spots outside the gym next door. That said there is unlimited free parking outside the Police Station (opposite) which I think would be pretty safe. There is no ‘service’ as such but a number to call if you have a problem (which I didn’t)
