I stay here everytime, due to the ease of checking in/out, and it's close to everything I need when in town.

Very good customer service. I was left out in the middle of the night without accommodation. Icon on Mt Isa was very helpful to arrange me the booking over the phone, provide all the check in facilities. Great customer service and easy check in. Good clean rooms, secure parking and a great location.
Very good customer service. After I got scammed by Discovery Parks Argylla (they took the money but didn’t facilitate my check in) I was left out in the middle of the night without accommodation.
