My experience with Icon Logistics is really bad. Number 1, unnecessary delay when you go to their Laurel office . # 2, they will not give you relevant info to clear your car on time. So be prepared to pay for demurrage. I paid over 20thousand naira for demurrage fee. The worst is that they will damage your vehicle. They damaged the bumper of my camry that i sent home through this company. I will give them 2 stars.

Icon Logistics deserves no star.....very unprofessional staff,poor customer service and highly uninformed about industry best practices. .the only logical person in icon Logistics is the office manager Robin.

Icon Shippin Maryland are thieves, from Alex, Ben and Olu. They reap clients off, they are liars, they are disrespectful and they don't communicate. Customer service is poor. I am sueing them this time.

I had to come and leave a review, if you are looking at shipping with icon please don't, they are the worst shipping company in Maryland. They have terrible customer services, The manager or owner Alex has a poor communication, they are not liable at all. I have been using them for a while and I had to stop because of their poor service and lack of knowledge.
