This is a flimsy structure with plumbing issues and uneven flooring. It has a feeling of being in a cardboard box. You don't know what is behind the walls when buying a modular home. I don't think it was worth the little bit of savings compared to stick build. That said, I have a knowledgeable general contractor/builder who is trying to fix all the issues as they come up.
