Dishonest, shady, poor communication and transparency, charging hidden fees (passing inflated background checks along to the contractor). I run my own services company, and these are the kind of people that give staffing companies a bad name. Wish I could give lower than one star
Professional, efficient, and timely service provided by Icon Consultants, Rachel Roy.
I was not interviewed properly then their communication director within 10 minutes of talking about herself sent an email saying that I am not tough enough for the Customer Service rep. The HR leader was not even there to do a proper interview. From my first contact with their hiring team I knew it will be a big mess.
Very disappointed, I don’t know how people could be so disrespectful
