DONT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! I wish I could give this place negative stars. Icon has by far been the worst agency I have ever gone through. From the very beginning, they changed my start date to sooner that I had planned on with out informing me. They did not give me the correct information for my on boarding. Every time I reached out to my recruiter, she was very short and impatient with me, like I was annoying her. Now my HR rep is “never at her desk” or on “vacation” and nor does she email or call me back. They are very rude.... read more
They are the best to deal with, especially Laura Smith, who's been wonderfully patient with me in helping me during the entire process.
This is a great organization with a commitment to excellence and it really shows in all that they do!
