Excellent new home builder. We moved in last December and just completed our 1 year warranty walkthrough with Ion. Honestly, not much work needs to be done because they did a great job with the build. Their homes are sprinkled all throughout south Minneapolis and we can tell right away that a house was built by Icon because of how beautiful they look.
Ion and Wes did a fabulous job with our kitchen remodel. They took our outdated 1970s space and made it into a very functional and beautiful space. Throughout the process, both Ion and Wes were very responsive to our questions and gave practical solutions that fit our space well. We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen and would highly recommend Icon Homes for any remodeling project.
Incredibly thoughtful and talented design team that clearly cares about South Minneapolis and North Minneapolis and want to see it revitalized one house at a time. Don't look anywhere else for custom homes in these areas.
