We had Amanda, Brooke, and Shelby do hair and makeup for me and my bridal party, and I’m so happy we chose them! They were friendly, sweet, and easy to work with. They listened to what each of us wanted and checked in frequently with us throughout the process. I got my hair done by Danielle for a wedding and requested a messy voluminous updo and she did an amazing job!!! This is actually the third time I’ve had this hairstyle done but my first time with Danielle and at icon, and her work was my favourite. She was so lovely to talk to and the updo lasted all day and night, survived the dance floor and didn’t hurt my head despite the millions of bobby pins. I ordered a few hair care products through their online store. It's been 16 days and no shipping updates or information. I've emailed and tried to contact numerous times and no response. Starting to think it could be a scam. I would no recommend purchasing anything even within Canada.
