Icon was responsive and timely about indicating their availability and providing a quote. Icon was reasonably priced and ultimately charged what was planned. The installer was on site doing the work for multiple days, in peak summer heat. We supplied the baseboards and painted them and he cut and installed them all around the house. The improvement to our relative's house was worthwhile, and we recommend Icon for your home improvement.
Not recommended at all. Not dependable, unknowledgeable, not trust worthy. We paid $70k for a barn/detached garage thinking we hired professionals. It took them 2 years longer than the 3 months promised. There was literally something wrong with everything single step of the project including failing the inspection. We had to call them out multiple times to address things like garage doors being installed incorrectly to the roof leaking. Amazing experience from start to finish! Icon, did phenomenal work on our kitchen remodel. Neha and Eric were wonderful to work with and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. Kevin, Abraham and Chris, this team showed up on time, kept the workspace clean, communicated clearly, and delivered beautiful, precise craftsmanship. They listened to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions quality, communication, and attention to detail were all five‑star. We absolutely love our new kitchen and highly recommend this team.

IconGCS did and outstanding job updating 3 bathrooms in our home. The craftmanship was outstanding. Eric and Kevin did a great job explaining the process and adjusting as needed to unexpected additional repairs following removal of the old bathroom. The crew working on our project was flexible, polite and respectful. They were in on our home for 3 weeks and were very good about leaving the work area clean and covered each night. IconGCS is highly recommended, I will use them for my next home improvement project.
