My favorite place to workout, without a doubt. iCON is a welcoming and motivating environment with a friendly and knowledgable training staff. I've done it all at iCON - group fitness classes, private training, open gym... you name it. They make it easy to tackle your fitness goals no matter what, and without typical gym people posturing. Plus, the soundtrack is pretty sweet!
Charles and team have tremendous knowledge & commitment. From strength, mobility, endurance, weight loss to injury rehab, I have experienced excellence here and I have sent family and friends here for almost 10 years. Never been let down.
Charles and his team are top notch. Best in the business weather you are an athlete or regular person trying to get in shape.
