I live 1200 miles away, but was searching for some needles online and Icon Fiber Arts’ webstore popped up with just what I needed and at a fair price. I placed my order but was rushing through checkout and realized afterwards that I’d bought the wrong size! I emailed Josh and he responded right away. Visited while in the area. Woman at check out counter was very nice and there was a huge selection of yarn. I would have liked to buy locally dyed yarn but there were only a couple skeins available since they only dye yarn on commission. I think the biggest impact of my visit tho was overhearing the man providing what I assume was a knitting lesson to a woman in the shop. He was clearly getting very frustrated trying to teach her and it was uncomfortable to be around his snippy comments and rude remarks to her as I shopped. ... read more
