We recently had the floors throughout our home resealed by Icon-Crete. They removed the carpet from all the bedrooms and stained and sealed the concrete underneath. The end result was great, however the polyurethane sealant is not very durable and we have noticed subtle scratches throughout the house. Horrible experience. I hired Icon-Crete to epoxy fill a crack in a retaining wall and seal the concrete slab for new construction on my property. I had to call several times to get the crack fill started before we installed the fence on the wall. The crew prepped the wall on one side only and never injected the epoxy. I called Mike Halbert several times before getting his attention to the problem. When he finally showed up, he tried to say the epoxy was injected even though it was obvious that it had not.
