Update: Since posting my original review, Icon reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciated the opportunity to speak with them and hoped we could find a path toward a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, the conversation reinforced my concerns. Rather than discussing possible solutions, the focus was on explaining why the issues weren't covered under the one-year warranty and why I shouldn't have posted my review. Icon built us an amazing home! It came out better than we hoped! From picking out the lot to getting our keys it was a great experience. Everyone we worked with was professional and truly cares about building you a good home. I want to thank everyone we worked with, you guys built our dream home and we love it!
Within a month of buying my new icon home in west linn issues began. They cut corners and place profit over quality.
