Really, just a great professional, smooth, easy experience. Full ADU Detacjed garage building conversion. Always available for questions, fast response and excellent communication! All the various sub contractor guys were great, hard working and did quality work. couldn't be happier!!

Great company to work with. Could not recommend them enough. They were organized, professional,transparent and overall easy to work with. They helped with the design process and came up with some great ideas and provided great feedback to make the project come out even better than I envisioned. Fantastic company. 10/10

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I have many rental homes and have dealt with the worst contractors from actual construction companies that came recommended to me four times in a row! Issues would rise from them hiring people who simply did not know what they were doing, to workers squatting in my rentals for weeks just doing drugs. I wanted to upgrade my personal home and I did not want to make the mistake of hiring the wrong company again. This is the third time we’ve used Icon to update our home, so that tells you how much we trust them. Our project manager Jesse was available anytime for questions and help. He went above and beyond to make sure our bathrooms and laundry room update were done on time and done right! He was constantly checking in to make sure everything went well! I will continue to call Icon for future updates.
