I have been having treatment at Icon Noarlunga for six weeks and I couldn’t feel any more supported or cared for. I had no idea about Icon before I came, and the whole team have looked after me since day one. I have felt understood and been given personal, genuine care. They have taken as much of the worry away as they can and create a caring and supportive ‘community’ feeling. I would highly recommend coming here if you need this treatment.
I never expected this level of kindness and caring during my treatment. Pre Icon I was almost with another big group and felt like a number, just another person for the grinder. Icon from Day One focussed on my anxieties and worked with me more as family and friends then client and administrators. I can’t praise the staff at Noarlunga branch enough.
I visited ICON for radiation treatment after surgery for breast cancer. What an amazing bunch of people they are. As soon as you enter the centre you are welcomed by the wonderful Abbie who makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. All the staff I had the privilege to see were professional and for me the most important was kindness. During treatment I felt relaxed and listened too. They always had time for a chat and a smile. I can highly recommend this Cancer Centre to anyone in need of radiation.
My husband has been having radiation therapy at Icon Cancer Centre at Noarlunga for the past 4 weeks. We cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. From the reception staff, nurses, radiographers and Dr Michael Penniment. A wonderful group of people. They are so accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all SO very much for making my husbands journey that much easier. Highly recommended.
