A family member has been recently diagnosed with cancer and was referred to this clinic this week to receive treatment. As I was waiting, I overheard staff use derogatory terms and offensive phrases such as “fatty” to describe other patients. Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Receptionist staff are rude and dismissive. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The team at ICON Mulgrave is nothing short of outstanding. Heartiest appreciation to the the exceptional team from admin, to technicians, all the nurses and Radiation oncologist, Dr Kevin So.
