Extremely caring professionals
I cannot complain one bit about the care my husband received. It was exemplary. After my husband's 1st treatment, I asked the staff in reception to invoice me after each session, so I could pay it and get the refund from Medicare. They didn't. Instead I was billed for all 5 sessions. after numerous phone calls to them requesting a split invoice, 3 sessions billed, then 2 sessions, and numerous promises of returned calls to reply to me, I have yet to receive a reply, The invoice was sent to me on 7th July, and I am still wait... read more
I found the Doctors were open and addressed my concerns with time and patience
Waited an hour and a half for a 10min appointment with my 78 year old mother today, not a good experience. Communication from reception staff was non existent
