I had my first iron infusion at 36 weeks pregnant. The clinic itself is comfortable and well-organised. The whole team works very efficiently, making the whole process from booking to treatment smooth and stress free. The doctor and nurses were professional, caring, knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything clearly. Special thanks to the nurses for their kindness, attentiveness and gentle care.
Had a great experience with Dr Jason Butler and the nurses at Icon Chermside for my iron infusion. He was very knowledgeable, kind and clearly explained my results and the infusion process. Nurse Naomi was fantastic, she made me feel very comfortable, explained everything she was doing and stayed with me the whole time. It's very professional, clean and staff are friendly. Just saw Dr. Joseph today . Very knowledgeable Haematologist. At the endof the consultation he asked:" Any question?" ME:" ... ...Am I the only patient not having cancer here? " He said yes, then we both laughed. I am here just for the Iron infusion, but the centre name kinda scared me a bit，haha ...😄 All staff are nice. Decent service. It's like the private hospital I stayed last time, There's an assistant lady came to asked me if I would like Tea/coffee/biscuits but I just had lunch and bubble tea so I said no thank you. ... read more
I had my usual infusion this month but I just didn't feel my normal cheerful self but when I left I felt that they had given me a double dose of goodness!! I'm so very lucky to have such really caring nurses and Drs. Thankyou
