I've been at Icon for a number of years and have appreciated all the staff; the doctors, nurses, and admin staff. Chemotherapy is never fun but they were always compassionate and helpful. Occasionally I have an extended wait for the doctor but that has been my experience with almost any specialist (especially later in the day). I have very much appreciated how quickly bloodwork and scans are communicated, minimising the dreaded wait for results.

Not good service
Dr. Bishnoi and his staff are so caring and always do their best to deliver fantastic outcomes. He gives the best explanations without the use of ambiguous jargon or terms. He is focussed on ensuring the best outcome for his patients and maintains a great rapport with all his staff.He has a great work / life balance with a sense of humor. Well done team.
