Not good service
Dr. Bishnoi and his staff are so caring and always do their best to deliver fantastic outcomes. He gives the best explanations without the use of ambiguous jargon or terms. He is focussed on ensuring the best outcome for his patients and maintains a great rapport with all his staff.He has a great work / life balance with a sense of humor. Well done team.
Whilst the whole experience of chemotherapy was horrible, most staff at Icon Cancer Centre were kind and empathetic and made the experience bearable. A few of the nurses in particular made me smile and never made me feel silly or like I was an inconvenience when I was nervous. Even though they were usually busy, the nurses made an effort to chat and connect which makes such a huge difference. On my final session, my 5yo son joined me and Nurse Ling was fabulous with him. It was really special!
