Poor, Company will not return calls or email
My parents have a home in little egg harbor ,new jersey . It was supposed to be completed in 90 days . It took 5 YEARS. It still has issues . Icon ignores us . We have receive a warranty that has already lost a year . The water is shut off because of a broken pipe , Also we have a leak inside the house ,which ruined the floor. I had to argue with the job site manager (steve bialeki) , in which he wanted steps facing a neighbors house for 2 months before , he finally built them the correct way .
