This place has some nerve. Charge you know for 100 for leaving a box in the trash room. Charge you for coffee. Luxury my a**. The elevators never been bothered to be fixed. So some days you get to hike up and down the stairs. Because none of the elevators work. And then the jacuzzi has worked less than 1/5 of the time of living here. And then the pool is not heated like advertised. Also whenever it freezes you will go a week without water. You get better amenities in the hood.
If you are looking for the perfect welcome home smile! The concierge at Icon Buckhead is by far the friendliest, most helpful staff. Pat, is an asset to the team! Always welcoming guest, helping with packages, and maintaining the front area intact.
The worst apartment complex in buckhead. If you want to experience the hood just move there
Antonio is a great leasing professional and has been quick to answer any of my questions and be of assistance any time I’ve had an issue. The whole team at Icon is great - even when we’ve had problems with the building they do everything they can to keep us up to date and accommodate residents whenever they can. I appreciate their efforts and kindness in all they do!
