The customer service at this location is appalling. We purchased a professional salon product for approximately $400, and within two weeks it stopped working due to what appeared to be a manufacturer defect. After driving over an hour back to the store, we were accused of having dropped the item and causing the damage ourselves. I always went on this location kamal always helped me a lot she’s very knowledgeable about everything . She always helped me with my shopping and stuff to provide me all the information about store wide deals and discounts. Amy also very friendly and helpful.
