One of my favorite beauty supply store in kelowna,they have a good professional hair care and well known brands.
Often randomly closed for no apparent reason during opening hours. I can usually only come on Saturdays and they have been closed sometimes even hours before with no posted explanation. The point of posted hours is to tell people when they can shop there.
Im not used to hair product stores being only available to those with licenses, so I called SalonCentric to see if this would be the case there, which it is, which is fine. I explained I need to buy bleach and the lady on the phone shut me down and told me I have to go to a salon and shouldn’t bleach without a license. My cousin took hair in school and has been bleaching for me for years without a problem, I explained as much and asked if she knew anywhere I could get some bleach without a license.
