Part 2: Was cutoff by character limit. Experience with Pulte Everything was great until the day we closed, they butter you up then once you close and get your keys, you are left to fend for yourself, even when Pulte is at fault. I have summarized my experience. -No Heat: The heating system in the home was not working at all. Their person in charge of construction, claims the system was tested 3 times.
