Very happy with Icon especially their technician Keeyan! He listened to my issue of a noise my gas fireplace made which I had previously had someone come out to check and said nothing was wrong. He tested everything and said the cylinder in the fan was the problem and replaced it! Again, very happy!
Keyon came to my house and helped me figure out what was wrong with my furnace. He was helpful, knowledgeable and really courteous
As I'm going down the freeway between 525 and 530 on a Friday afternoon, they decide to be very dangerous swerving in and out of traffic and cut people off with a truck and trailer. I had to lock up my brakes and almost cause another person to have an accident. Because of their ignorance and insistence to cut people off.
HVAC inducer would kick on, but no ignition or heat fan. Super cold early morning with our little one, but they were able to get someone out within the hour. Keyan was the tech on the job and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Had our heat up and running quickly. Shout out to Keyan and Icon Air.
I’m not surprised seeing other reviews about bad drivers from this company. Crazy driver on I-84 today with Icon Air logo on truck. Was talking to himself or someone on his phone not paying attention. Didn’t use turn signals. Swerved over into other lane suddenly without using an indicator. License plate: 2C PY39P - surely doesn’t give off professional vibes to potential customers. What a shame.
