Had a very aggressive Icon Air driver behind me driving dangerously trying to floor it around me while I was not under the speed limit. No reason to drive that way. Unprofessional and won't be doing business here.

I had an amazing experience with Icon Air thanks to their service tech, Brandon! He came out to troubleshoot my heater, and I was impressed by how thorough and patient he was throughout the entire process. He was here for over 4 1/2 hours. Instead of rushing, Brandon took his time to carefully figure out what was wrong and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
