I had an awesome experience with Annie yesterday. I was able to book with her within 3 days of our consultation. She did a color correction on my overly processed hair that had about 4 inches of growth. I was nervous to see someone new but she was friendly, efficient, and very upfront with what we could do with my hair and pricing. She is a skilled colorist and the result was very nice! and my hair is still so healthy which was my main concern. I’ll definitely be booking again (: thanks again Annie!

Lack of professionalism. Yesterday I requested an appointment, even though my daughter spoke on my behalf. After I sent the photos you requested, there was no further communication from you. Today I contacted a truly professional salon, CLIQUE, and they immediately told me they could help me. I am willing to pay whatever is required, but I also expect respect and professionalism.

I’ve lived in Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and Burbank. This hands down is the best salon in the Valley! Ani is exceptional! She’s sharp, efficient and explains everything (from how she will cut your hair, to coloring options and looks) so thoroughly. I’ve had my best haircuts and highlights here! If you’re an actor, she has a wonderful eye too, and can help you get a hairstyle and/or color that really makes ya pop! I’m so grateful I found her!

Ani is so amazing goes out of her way to make her customers happy amazing color correction and balayage im so obsessed with her work! Definitely recommend making an appointment with Ani! Here are some before and after pictures of when i first went to her and how my hair was and how she left it after color correcting it excellent job 🙌🏼😍

Came after work in desperate need of a cut so I called ahead to see if she took walk-ins. Ani answered the phone and was so sweet saying she could see me soon. It wasn’t until I got to the shop that I realized they were closed and I felt so bad for not knowing but she happily helped me anyway. Ani is incredibly detailed and cares about the work that she does. She’s very fun to chat with and was super helpful from consultation to finish.
