I’m sad to share this review, as I know it is a family-owned business. But I had a very bad experience there recently that has left me with an infection and constant, significant toe pain. The woman who did my pedicure last week was new (I assume) because she was truly negligent, and I’ve had good technicians there in the past. She started to clean my toenails and shoved a sharp metal scraper under my nail and into my skin. I yelled and jumped back. I was bleeding. The gentleman who did my pedicure was awesome. My problem was when I went to pay. Lisa told me to use quick dry nail polish without telling me there would be an up charge. Then, I had a gift card and she said the price had gone up $5 since it was bought only a few weeks earlier. I felt that all of that was bad business and therefore I won’t go back.
Love Lisa and co with every fiber of my being. Favorite, most comfortable/ relaxing way to pass 2 hours
