My nails turned out very cute. The service was great!! A bit pricey and some minor flaws but nothing too major. I would recommend!
You make an appointment and get there at your scheduled time and the nail person your scheduled with has someone else. This has happened many times and all the staff at the desk want to say is they will give you 10%! Not make it right by honoring your appointment time! So scheduling appointments of you won’t honor them!! Won’t be going back!

Typically I love this place. I had an appointment with Sara (subjectively the best!) which I made a week or more in advance. When I arrived they placed me with someone random while I saw her working on someone else. What’s the point in making an appointment with someone when you don’t even get them? My nails turned out ok. Just not the best quality as when I have with Sara.
