Signed up my kid and apparently the instructors let them play games or be distracted majority of the class, and sometimes the instructors are made to teach multiple different classes/subjects at once which was never mentioned during the trial class.
I had bad experience when I wanted to cancel one of my kid’s classes. I was told that I had to notify 30 days in advance which I don’t remember that policy mentioned when enrolling.
We absolutely love this location of iCode! The curriculum is great and Ashley really goes above and beyond for her families!
Our son absolutely loves going to iCode Plano! The environment is welcoming, engaging, and perfectly tailored to spark kids’ interest in coding, 3D design, and technology. Ashley has been especially wonderful, she was incredibly accommodating and took the time to understand our son’s specific interests and needs, which made a huge difference in his experience. It’s clear the staff genuinely care about the kids and their growth. We’re so happy we found iCode Plano and highly recommend it to other families.
