Disappointing first experience at the Palo Alto location. After their open house, we tried to set up a free White Belt trial class. Our first follow-up email went unanswered. When we followed up again, the center confirmed the class for us. We skipped another scheduled activity and drove through heavy traffic to get there, only to be told there had been some confusion and there was no class for him. I cannot recommend this program highly enough for any child interested in STEM. Since Connie recently took over ownership, she has completely transformed the program into an amazing, thriving space for kids. Well, they listed dates and times for a free trial on their website, we picked a time and confirmed the slot and received an email for it. Then we got there and there’s no one at the school. Super disappointing experience- we had to make time from work plus kids schedule in order to do this trial.
