The worst general contractor ever. They destroyed our home by demolishing framing, electrical and plumbing without permission, permitting and plans. It was so bad the Windermere building inspector shut down our project until ICOA was replaced. We tried to collect damages from their insurance, but they were not insured. It cost us $65,000.00 to correct the damage they caused! They talk a good game, but lack the skills and knowledge to complete a job correctly.
Highly recommend ! They have a team full of responsive, knowledgeable, and professional individuals. Thank you guys for the great work !
