We are very pleased with ICO’s work and highly recommend them. We recently wanted to remodel our master bathroom. Unlike other contractors, ICO reviewed our wish list, took notes and did a detailed measurement of the work area. They returned with a professional proposal that included renderings of how it would look. Was wonderful to work with ICO, Or managed our project from start to finish and we are very happy with the work. Overall process was made very simple, and they communicated a lot throughout. We asked them to hit a deadline and they were done early.
We had a great experience with ICO Construction converting our shower back into a laundry room. (Note: The previous owner made the odd decision to move their laundry hookups outside.) Our Project Manager, Or, is a very good at communicating and kept us in the loop on all issues. He was transparent about prices and sent change orders for unanticipated work before taking any actions. Ilia was also upfront with expectations and explained the process clearly. We would definitely recommend this team!
