Ilia and Or were true professionals from the start. We had a pretty large scope of work that got bigger as we went along. ICO literally handled it like champs! They were very organized, honest, clear in communication and had the best subs in the business! I needed a contractor to flip my home I just purchase. I have talked to plenty different companies and always felt like I was being scammed. Our experience was a very good one. The work was exceptional and everyone was professional and courteous. We had two bathrooms completed including new countertops, sinks, faucets, mirrors, towel bars, glass shower doors and lights including over the showers and tub. This also included new tiles. We also had new countertops, sinks, and faucets put into two other bathrooms and powder room. ICO Construction and Remodeling gets an A+ / 5-star rating from us! When we decided to do a complete primary bathroom remodel my wife and I received bids from 3 companies. After meeting with each one we really felt a good vibe with Ilia at ICO. He was prompt, genuine, honest and professional.
