EXCELLENT SHOWER STOOL...SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE
Purchased a floor standing towel rack through Ferguson, the US distributor. It looks good and it's well made. I'd give it 5 stars with one of these 2 improvements: rubber pads on the bottom of the feet (I attached my own sticky pads which work well) and a more flexible power cord with a right angle plug. Nevertheless I recommend this unit highly and I would certainly buy it again. And I'm happy to support a Canadian manufacturer.
I love the finish - matte not slippery, perfect for the shower and it’s heavy - which means it’s stabile and won’t be falling on the person showering. I can’t wait to use it. I know it’s quality. I’m thrilled with this choice.
This very expensive heated towel warmer stopped working within 3 weeks of installation. Had to replace the heating unit. This does not bode well for the future. No, I do NOT recommend this product.
