Left us with an illegally wired apartment. They installed an entirely new kitchen (all new appliances), furnished us with a license from an electrician, however our entire kitchen and hall was put on one circuit. So that left us with a many thousands of dollars expense to rip up our ceiling and walls to bring our apartment up to code.
