We’ve had the pleasure of working with ICM Consulting twice now — once for a major renovation at our animal hospital about ten years ago, and most recently to repurpose old dog runs into a very nice feline only wing with its own entrance, treatment area and 2 exam rooms. I've worked with 3 GC's in commercial spaces. Simply put, Fred and the ICM team are simply in a class of their own. The team set reasonable timelines and also delivered on them. They were available, flexible in certain areas( esp when dealing with the slow moving DC government, and Fred maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. If you are building out a commercial space, I would recommend these guys as my 1st, 2nd and, and 3rd choices. God Sent! I called ICM in July 2024, just a week after the owner, Fred Runco, had undergone major surgery. Despite being in recovery and on medication, Fred was available 24/7 to understand every detail of the job. He earned my trust to the point where we started a $1M project with just a brief LOI, later finalizing a 50-page AIA contract one month into construction. We have worked with ICM consulting opening 2 new hotels, and on continuing renovation, construction projects. Fred, Jesse and their team are great to work with. They respond quickly, the work is excellent and they follow up on projects. I would recommend them highly for hotel and renovation projects
