ICM did a great job on my new optometry clinic. Fred looked at our design plans in great detail and worked with our budget. I am very happy with the end results!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with ICM Consulting twice now — once for a major renovation at our animal hospital about ten years ago, and most recently to repurpose old dog runs into a very nice feline only wing with its own entrance, treatment area and 2 exam rooms. I've worked with 3 GC's in commercial spaces. Simply put, Fred and the ICM team are simply in a class of their own. The team set reasonable timelines and also delivered on them. They were available, flexible in certain areas( esp when dealing with the slow moving DC government, and Fred maintained a high level of professionalism throughout.
