I had a very disappointing experience at ICM Cares Clinic. I came with a friend who is a patient there, but while waiting, I began to feel seriously unwell — I felt faint and my heart rate was unusually high. I asked the front desk if someone could check my vitals. Instead of responding with care or urgency, the male receptionist handed me a new patient form, which I completed immediately.
